Jake Cervik (TE/WR) has served as a major component of the Trojans offense. At 6’1″ and 220Lbs Cervik remains an easy target for both his QB Becker as well as opponent scouts. Jake’s contributions to the success of the Trojans goes far beyond the stats. His stature and personality have positioned him as a team leader both on and off the field. Cervik is anticipated to draw the attention of many schools at the next level given his size and athletic ability.

During the Trojans regional match-up against Central Cervik managed to pull down 7 catches for 91yds and a TD in the 38-16 win. He made pivotal contributions blocking throughout the game as well. he continues to be a tremendous  motivational force for the team as they look forward into the playoff picture. McDowell will need his leadership as they take on a tough Lancers team for the AAAA District 10 Championship this upcoming weekend. Good luck to the Jake and the Trojans as they represent their school and the best of NWPA football throughout the playoffs.
